It is important that you provide this information about the asset owner so that we can process your application in a timely manner:

• Signatory name and role 
• ASIC document for a director or a delegation of authority for a nominated manager
• Liability insurance certificate of currency
• ABN/ACN - legal name of the company (ASIC registered company name)
• Asset owner contact details
• Payer details (annual license fee is to be paid by the asset owner)
